Buying

Yes, maximum amount is PHP 20,000 worth of groceries. My Geniemart follows the quantity restrictions on select basic commodities imposed by DTI.
Yes. We accept orders from abroad as long as they can pay via My Geniemart’s available payment methods. We deliver metro manila wide.  
Unfortunately, this is a current limitation of My Geniemart. However, you may allow your shopper to choose a replacement for items that are out of stock.
You will be receiving an email and text notifications regarding the status of your order.
Due to the government-mandated GCQ, the delivery of supplies and goods in-store was affected thus the slow and/or non-replenishment of some of our inventory. This also means that some products on your order may not be available at the time of picking from the assigned store.

Out of stock items will automatically be replaced by our personal shoppers and replacement items may differ in brand, weight, and variant depending on available items in store. You will also have the option at checkout to declare the cancellation of the order or item depending on preference at checkout.
When the order has been placed, you can no longer cancel your order.
Yes, we do. You can purchase it on the website. Upon receipt of payment, we will e-mail you and your friend a coupon code that you can use for shopping.

Payments, Reversal, & Refund

Do not make a payment outside The Nest Genie website. If someone asked you for your payment, please report it to us immediately by sending transaction details to [email protected]  The Nest Genie will never ask you to send your payment to any personal bank account or remittance center.

We currently do not offer the Senior Citizen / PWD discount. These types of discounts are not applicable for online transactions.
All items for refund will be processed within 7 – 15 days. Credit reflection will depend on your bank’s policy or cut off period.
All items for reversal/refund will be processed within the following lead times:

Nest Wallet - 3-5 business days
Cash Refund - 7 to 15 business days (Bank Transfer, Bank Check or Reversal to Credit/Debit Card)

Shipping & Delivery

We deliver from 10am to 6pm from Monday - Saturday.
Once you have checked out you can no longer change your delivery address.
Your authorized representative must present and submit the ff.

My Geniemart will not be liable for lost or missing items after goods have been successfully delivered and received by your authorized representative.

In case of an unsuccessful delivery, My Geniemart will charge an additional delivery fee of PHP 99.
You will be given an option at check-out on when you want your items to be delivered!

Some items are available for Same-day Delivery (Next-day delivery for orders ordered after 2 pm) and some at standard delivery of 2-3 business days.

Deliveries will be from Monday to Saturday, 1 pm onwards.
Php99 for same-day delivery with a fixed rate of Php79 for shoppers fee.

All orders processed 2 pm onwards will be delivered 1 pm onwards next business day.

Php49 for Standard Delivery (2-3 days) with a fixed rate of Php79 for shoppers fee.

For orders worth Php5,000 and above, standard delivery (2-3 days) is free with a fixed rate of Php79 shoppers fee.
